Richard from QAO services was professional and reliable from the outset. The quote was competitive, but the service much more than expected. Our roof, which was covered in moss due to neighbour’s trees, is spotless. They worked non-stop all day and did a great job! I would highly recommend !!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent, friendly and reliable service. Communicated well, was polite and respectful at all times. Really happy with the final result.
Edit - just re-used QAO to clean the moss off my roof using their pressurised air technique so as to not damage the tiles, was a fantastic job and looks as good as new on an old house. Also cleaned the drive and sealed it with sand. Richard and his team completely professional, arrive when they say and communicate really well. Fully recommend.

Simply a fantastic company to work with - from initial enquiry to completion of the project!
We had been looking for a company for some time to remove 18+ year old moss from the roof and gutters of our house and had received a couple of quotes (Jetwashing system and relatively inexpensive - there's a reason why!)
We happened across Richard's company videos by accident and although nervous to use a business we didn't know or that had been recommended to us, from our initial phone call his professionalism, knowledge and commitment to his trade shone through. He then visited our home to demonstrate the moss clearing system he uses and in addition the render cleaning he also offers.
We could have had the work completed for a lower cost but "Buy cheap, Buy Twice"
The finished result from Richard's system will not be beaten. It has exceeded even our high expectations! No damage to our roof tiles or change in colour and our rendered walls look like brand new. In addition he also identified and solved a problem we've had with our kitchen roof leaking which no roofing company in the past five years has been able to sort out!
The week that Rich was with us was scorchio. He worked like a trojan, barely even stopping for a cold drink. It was a pleasure to have him working at our home!
Throughout, he has kept us updated of every single detail. It's very simple - he knows his stuff!
It is rare today to find a company that offers such a high level of Customer Service and Care with top quality products and systems and Rich should be commended for his good old fashioned, "Nothing is too much trouble attitude!" He is honest and reliable and genuinely cares about his customers, both pre and post contract.
We are so glad we happened across his company and have no hesitation in recommending him.
As we plan to move away from the area to Devon soon, Richard will definately be a contractor/now friend who we would wish to work for us down there too.
5 stars isn't enough!
Thanks Rich for looking after us so well! It's been a pleasure!

Richard is a really lovely guy. He has transformed our roof which was full of moss. Took great care with it as it had rosemary clay tiles. Really pleased with the result and would highly recommend !

Thank you to Richard & Alex. I’ve now got a nice clean roof and moss free gutters. Communication from Richard leading up to the appointment was excellent. He arrived on time, talked me through the process and sent me photos of the progress. I highly recommend this company to clean your property.

What can I say, Richard came when he said he would, got on with the patio and drive cleaning and what a difference, it’s great I’m more than happy to recommend Richard for all your outside cleaning work.

Richard did a great job and is very passionate about his work. He has removed all of the moss from the roof and it’s made a world of difference. Looking forward to seeing the results in next 12 months once the biocide kicks in. Would definitely use again. Thanks
